German Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

For the Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
 

  • Place the cucumbers, onion, and tomatoes in a large bowl and set aside.
  • In another bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients, pour over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
