Cool Minted Yogurt Dipping Sauce
Perfect dipping sauce for Tandoori chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed through a garlic press
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped, heaping
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl, and add in a couple of good pinches of salt to taste, mix with a fork, and use immediately, or keep covered and in the fridge until ready to use.
