Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 C. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter.
  2. Place the chicken in the baking dish. Sprinkle with grated onion, minced garlic and season with salt and pepper as desired. Top each with a slice of cheese.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, and water, pour over the chicken. Toss the cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle over chicken.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear and crumbs are golden brown. Serve over pasta.
Recipe Notes

Chicken will cost about 75 Baht/kilo, that would be 4 to 6 pieces. For 4 servings, this is about 55 cents per serving.
