  1. Place 8 slices of bread on a baking sheet cookie sheet and allow to dry out. If you in a very humid area or you need these quickly, place the bread into a 100 C oven until the bread has dried out, and then flip the bread over and allow the bread to dry out on the other side. This should take 5 to 7 minutes on each side. If needing stuffing, cube the bread before drying it out.
  2. Crumble the bread into a bowl, or for cubed bread just place in a bowl, and add the salt, onion, and garlic powders. Rub the Italian seasoning between your hands to release the oils and put that in the bowl, mix to combine. Store in an airtight container.
