Honey French Dressing
This recipe is from a cookbook titled Salad Lover's Cookbook, printed in 1979. This sounds very good, on my to make and taste list. Link to the Shortcut is listed in the Notes section.
Ingredients
- 1 recipe French Dressing (Base Recipe), Shortcut
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ teaspoon lemon peel, grated
- ½ teaspoon celery seed, optional
Instructions
- Prepare the base recipe, making sure to use lemon juice as stated and not the cider vinegar.
- Add the honey and lemon peel, cover, and shake to mix. Optionally for an added flavor, add the celery seed and mix in.
- Store covered in the fridge until used.
- Shake well before use, pour on your favorite salad, enjoy.
