Dressing for Vegetable Salads

This recipe is from a cookbook titled Salad Lover's Cookbook, printed in 1979. This sounds very good, on my to make and taste list. This makes about 1¼ cups of dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegare, or lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion, grated

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a screw top jar, close, and shake well to combine. Store covered in the fridge until use.
  • Shake well before using, enjoy.
