Tomato & Onion Salad II
Basic healthy salad.
Ingredients
- 1 cup onion, halved then thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup tomato, halved then sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1-3 teaspoons lemon or lime juice, depending on taste
Instructions
- Toss everything together in a mixing bowl, serve as a side and enjoy.
