Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup onion, halved then thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup tomato, halved then sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1-3 teaspoons lemon or lime juice, depending on taste

Instructions
 

  • Toss everything together in a mixing bowl, serve as a side and enjoy.
