Tartar Sauce I

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle, 3-4 slices, finely diced, OR make from a shortcut
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • salt and pepper, to tase

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour before use. Better if used the next day as this allows the flavors to blend together.

  1. Very straight forward recipe with a nice flavor as well. I used one small pickle, chopped up and about 1/4 of an onion also chopped. This is a keeper.
