Anchovy French Dressing
This recipe is from a cookbook titled Salad Lover's Cookbook, printed in 1979. This sounds very good, on my to make and taste list. Link to the Shortcut is listed in the Notes section.
Ingredients
- 1 recipe French Dressing (Base Recipe), Shortcut
- ¼ cup lemon juice, for use in Base Recipe
- 4 anchovy fillets, minced
Instructions
- Prepare the base recipe, omitting the salt and use the lemon juice listed in place of the vinegar listed in the base recipe.
- Add the minced anchovy fillets, cover, and shake to mix.
- Store covered in the fridge until used.
- Shake well before use, pour on your favorite salad, enjoy.
