Page 697, Zucchini, Italian Style
I made this on 9 Aug 2021, exactly as written. For the bread I used 3 slices of whole wheat and that worked perfectly.
This goes together quickly but the bacon and prepping the zucchini takes a few minutes, but well worth it. The tomato sauce was interesting as this is the first zucchini casserole I have made with that. The Cheddar cheese
