Tefal® BBQ/Broiler Recipes, ©1987
These recipes come from the Tefal Indoor Barbecue-Broiler Use and Care and Recipes booklet included in the appliance box. I came across this book as my sister had a brand new one sitting in her garage, still in the box, unopened, since 1988. And we are going to put it to use. And I plan on making these recipes at home in Thailand on my electric grill but no broiler. These can also be prepared in a toaster oven with top and bottom heating element, and I will point out what I use for each recipe.
With only 8 recipes in this booklet, listed below, it is more of a guide to get the user of the appliance to understand cook times and accustomed to how it cooks.
