Page 58, Bowtie Pasta with Meat Sauce
I made this on 9 Feb 2023 with two caveats, I used all ground beef, and I used 3 color spiral pasta.
Common ingredients, this goes together quickly and just takes an hour or so of simmering to blend the flavors. Overall the sauce is thick and meaty, basically just a twist on regular pasta sauce.
