I made these on 4 Oct 2020, and the results are probably the best peanut butter cookies I have ever had, hands down. I made this exactly as written and it is 100% correct.
This was the first recipe I made from this cookbook and wanted to make cookies for dessert for a family gathering, and everyone was very pleased with all agreeing, this is an excellent cookie. Highly recommended.
