I made this on 18 Aug 2021, made as written, very easy to put together, and the flavor is excellent. The cottage cheese makes this a very creamy mac & cheese.

The salmon is not strong or overpowering but a nice flavor that goes well with the cheese sauce.

Highly recommended if you like canned salmon. This will be a regular dish.
