Page 135, Chili con Wiene
I made this on 2 Sep 2021, nothing short of excellent. The chili sauce really adds great flavor to the overall dish.
This is a thick chili that is easily served on a plate, the toasted buns are perfect to soak up the flavor and makes the dish filling.
The green bell pepper adds a little crunch to the texture.
The bonus is how easy this comes together, once the beef is browned and drained, add the rest and stir and let heat through. Stir in the bell pepper and ready to serve.
This will be a regular now. Highly recommended.
