Page 107, New England Creamed Codfish

I made this on 23 May 2023, easy and it comes together really quickly.

I used pangasius in place of cod, steamed that in my little rice cooker. The white sauce is easy and is quite fast fast, so you need everything ready before you start.

Served over torn up toast and served with a vegetable on the side. This was well liked by my wife and I. I look forward to making this again.
