Page 105, Shrimp Newburg

I made this on 5 Sep 2021, and it is outstanding, family loved this, and very quick to put together.

I modified the recipe to reflect my findings, and only improvement made was I doubled the shrimp originally called for. The recipe now reflects the shrimp to be used.

The light cream, dry white wine, and lemon juice make an excellent sauce.

Feel free to serve over buttered noodles, rice, or even toast points.

This dish is highly recommended and is a go to recipe for me now.
