Page 139, Squaw Corn
I made this in 12 Aug 2021 primarily as a side dish and to test it out and I was pleasantly surprised, this is really good and would be perfect for a quick lunch or quick light dinner.
The cream corn and egg cook together nicely and the dish has excellent flavor. I will make this dish routinely now. These are very common ingredients and it comes together quickly.
