Sausage Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Bisquick Mix, OR make from a shortcut
  • 1/2 kilo sausage, cooked and crumbled, OR make from a shortcut
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 C.
  • Mix everything in a large bowl and spoon into a muffin pan filling each cell 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
