Ingredients
  

To make 1 TEASPOON

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice

To make ½ CUP

  • 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon ground allspice

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Store in an air-tight container and use as directed in recipes that call for pumpkin pie spice.
