soy sauce

tablespoons
rice vinegar

tablespoons
boiling water

tablespoons
brown sugar
,
packed

teaspoons
fresh lime juice
,
with pulp

teaspoons
garlic
,
smashed and finely minced
2
teaspoons
red Bird's Eye chilies
,
finely chopped, to taste
Instructions
Add the boiling water to a bowl and dissolve the sugar then allow the water to cool to room temp.
To the bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Done, and ready to use.
