Catalina Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried celery flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, Shortcut
  • 1 tablespoon mayo

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and grab a whisk. Whisk until the dressing comes together as a smooth sauce, the mayo is what does this for you.
  • Use immediately or store covered in the fridge.
