For those in Thailand, the big cities may have Pepper Jack cheese, for those not in the big cities (such as myself), use a mix of shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella and add a pinch of red pepper flakes, aka, Thai Chili Powder, which a is crushed type, not a powder.
Preheat your oven to 180 C. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise, slice the entire package at one time, not individually. Place the bottom half in a 9x13 baking dish.
Spread the chicken on the layer of rolls, then spread the BBQ sauce, then the onion, cheese, and parsley.
Place the top layer of the rolls on the top, brush with melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes.
Slice into individual sliders, serve, and watch your fingers!
