  • \u215b<\/span> teaspoon<\/span> white pepper powder<\/span><\/li>
  • \u215b<\/span> teaspoon<\/span> chicken stock powder<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> teaspoon<\/span> light soy sauce<\/span>, for garnish<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> tablespoon<\/span> fried garlic<\/span>, for garnish<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> tablespoon<\/span> spring onion<\/span>, for garnish<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

    • Heat your steamer with about 1 inch of water.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Crack the eggs into a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs and slowly add in the warm water. Add the salt, pepper, and chicken stock powder and mix well.<\/div><\/li>
    • Strain the egg mixture into a heatproof bowl, cover with heatproof cling wrap, a plate, or even foil on the top, this prevents water from dripping into the egg.<\/div><\/li>
    • Place the dish in the steamer and reduce the heat to low, cover, and steam for 10 minutes or until set.<\/div><\/li>
    • While that is steaming, fry the minced garlic until golden brown, remove from pan along with the oil and set aside.<\/div><\/li>
    • Remove the dish from the steamer, garnish with the soy sauce, fried garlic, and spring onion, enjoy with rice on the side for a lunch or light dinner.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
