2<\/span> tablespoons<\/span> lemon juice<\/span><\/li>
3<\/span> tablespoons<\/span> fresh basil leaves<\/span><\/li>
50<\/span> grams<\/span> black olives<\/span>, pitted<\/span><\/li>

peeled and quatered<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200 C.<\/div><\/li>
Place potatoes into a roasting pan and drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss well then roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until lightly golden and crispy.<\/div><\/li>
Meanwhile, wrap two pieces of bacon around each chicken breast.<\/div><\/li>
When potatoes are ready, place the wrapped chicken breasts on top of the potatoes and scatter with cherry tomatoes and olives.<\/div><\/li>
In a bowl, combine the remaining olive oil, stock cube, lemon juice, and hot water and mix well, pour this over the chicken and roast for 20mins or until the chicken is cooked through and golden. Serve sprinkled with basil leaves.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
