I made this on 04 May 2022, followed the recipe exactly, and even made the Italian dressing packet from scratch. Not sure of the cut of beef I used so I did cook it for 5 hours as at 4 hours was still just a bit tough. The sauce is excellent and would be a great base for a stew as well.
This is an excellent meal and is quite quick to put together as well.
