I made this on 28 Feb 2023, exactly as written.
This is a basic no frills omelet, that is easy and a great starting point if you need a large omelet that you want to tailor.
The omelet with the recommended sauce is excellent as is, but I think a great approach to this would be to add a different filling to the omelet each time this meal is prepared.
And this is also a dish that screams of serving this with buttered toast.
