I made this on 28 Feb 2023 to go with the Supper Omelet I prepared. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised, this is an excellent sauce.
I did modify the original recipe very slightly by adding a little milk, using red bell pepper instead of green or pimento, and omitting the black olives. The family really enjoyed the modified version of the sauce.
The family now wants to try this sauce on other dishes.
