I made this on 22 Aug 2021 as a side dish for dinner, excellent flavor from the orange zest and orange juice. Subtle hint of orange giving this rice a big step above plain white rice.

This will be a regular for me, and I look forward to making this for my Thai family as well.

Highly recommended if you favor seasoned or flavored rice over plain white. This will be a regular now.
