I made these on 10 Jan 2021, and these are excellent peanut butter cookies, very moist for having flour as an ingredient. I made this exactly as written and it is 100% correct, and I made 18 good sized cookies. I was very happy with the size and texture of these.

I made these for a family gathering and everyone agreed, these are excellent cookies. Highly recommended.
