I made these on 18 Jun 2020, and wow, are they good! Very important to let the cookies cool completely after adding the marshmallow, or the cookie will be too warm and fall apart. Once cooled, perfect!

These are easy to make, and if you don't have marshmallows on hand, the cookies alone are well worth it. If all you have is the super big roaster marshmallows, grab a pair of scissors and cut them into thirds, works perfectly. These are highly recommended.
