I made these on 11 Mar 2020, a tasty cookie, not chewy and not dry, very mild malt flavor. I did adjust the recipe from what is in the book by adding two eggs, without those the mixture was just too dry and could not come together into a dough. I chilled the dough for 2 hours before baking the cookies.
