I made this on 25 May 2023, but with a few caveats. I do not have good cocktail sausages here like the states so I used chicken cocktail sausages here, worked perfectly. The cream of celery soup, not available here and I did not take the time to make that so used cream of chicken mushroom soup, also worked perfectly. And I did double the recipe.

Easy to put this together and the taste is excellent, a really hearty meal on its own.

When I make this again, I will plan on using Japanese Arabiki sausage (cooked) in place of the cocktail sausage, that will put this over the top!

As it is, this casserole is highly recommended.
