I made this on 4 Feb 2023, only change made was I used a 3 quart instead of 2 quart, the 2 quart was heaping so to prevent it from overflowing and burning in the oven, I used a larger casserole. Recipe updated with change.

Followed the recipe for ingredients exactly, and this is an excellent scalloped potato dish, very easy to prepare with common ingredients. The house smelled wonderful when this was in the oven.
