I made this on 7 Aug 2021 as a side dish with stuffed peppers, and I must say, this is excellent corn! Very easy to put together, followed the recipe exactly and no changes or updates are needed.

The cheddar cheese gives the corn a great flavor and the bacon is a nice touch.

This will definealy be made again and again.
