Page 126, Salmon & Noodle Skillet

I made this on 25 Mar 2021, very easy to put together, and it is delicious! Mom and Dad also very much liked this.

Very wet mixture compared to making a loaf but the hot oven firms up the pie beautifully, and the pieces come out clean. Interesting to make the crust as stated but I understand that in keeping the pie together when serving as the crust does not need to be cut, just the filling.

I can see this being a regular, as it is really that good.
