I made this on 8 Jan 2021, very easy to put together and uses condensed cream of mushroom soup for the loaf and for a sauce. When I return home (Thailand) I will make the soup from scratch. My Mom, who is not a fan of salmon, said this was really good and my Dad really liked it. I served it right from the pan instead of rolling it out, worked perfect.
The recipe calls for a 500 g / 1 lb can of salmon, I used a Kroger brand can of salmon, excellent and economical. For side dishes, I had scalloped potatoes and a mix of peas & carrots. I have this listed as a Go-To recipe because it is easy, and tasty.
