I made this on 7 Feb 2023, with just minor changes. I used red bell pepper instead of green, and did not have pimento so went with extra red bell pepper. No corn flakes for the topper so I used panko. Both changes worked very nice.

I think adding a vegetable, such as peas or peas and carrots would be a nice addition to this.

The cream cheese gives a nice taste to this casserole. The taste is not like a tuna & noodles dish but is very nice. The family is not fond of canned tuna so they took a miss on tasting this dish.
