I made this on 29 Aug 2021, it is easy to make with common ingredients. I did modify the recipe slightly from the original in the book, changed a step to include sautéing the bell pepper and changed pimento to red bell pepper.
The cream makes this a very nice flavor and the bell pepper adds a nice touch as well. I used canned chicken for this but any leftover chicken would work very well in this dish. I served over toast points as they are quick to make as well.
Highly recommended for a simple yet delicious meal ready in about 20 minutes when you don't want to spend a long time in the kitchen preparing a good meal.
