I made this on 15 Mar 2020. First time I have used mayo as an ingrediant in a cake, and I must say, it is an outstanding cake! I used a store brand cake mix and store brand frosting, nothing short of perfect, the mayo really adds a lot of moistness and richness to the cake.

This will be a regular now. Enjoy this as is or in the Chocolate Cake Milkshakes. Highly recommended.
