{{ :2020-02-12_13.39.28_dscn2129_adm7a5x.jpg?400|}}I made these on 12 Feb 2020, exactly as written. Easy to prepare, the batter is easily enough for 18 muffins. The muffins however did stick just a little in the papers because they were still slightly warm, so next time I make sure they are completely cooled before serving.

The cook time of 15 minutes was spot on.

Highly recommended.
