{{ :2021-08-01_16.36.04_dscn8127.jpg?400|}}I made this on 1 Aug 2021 using yellow zucchini, followed the recipe exactly, very easy to put together. This is an excellent side dish. The cook time is perfect and gives a slightly browned cheese on top.

The taste is excellent, great combination of the squash, cottage cheese, and Parmesan. Highly recommended if you enjoy summer squash and want a change of pace from simple fried squash or zucchini.

This will be a favorite and is now a Go-To recipe on the site.
