{{ :2023-05-31_03.24.29_dscn9764_lee_thayer.jpg?400|}}I edited this recipe as there is basically three ways to prepare the meatballs, the original stated way is from scratch, and I added Thai store bought beef meatballs, and then added US store bought meatballs. Thailand the meatballs are not cooked, and in the US the store bought ones are cooked and frozen, so I wanted to clarify the three ways to prepare the meatballs.

I made this on 31 May 2023 using Thai store bought beef meatballs. This recipe actually comes together quite fast for a stew, and since this is baked, there is no keeping an eye on it like you would if prepared on the stove top.

The bake time is perfect at 1 hour. I was pleasantly surprised with this stew, excellent flavor! The family and I really enjoyed this dish. Excellent use for Thai store bought beef meatballs.
