{{ :2023-02-13_04.12.51_dscn8761_lee_thayer.jpg?400|}}I made these on 13 Feb 2023, served them with a side of homemade potato salad. Overall, excellent flavor, much different than pork or hamburger patties. The family and I really liked these.

The original recipe stated 6 patties, I went with 4 patties but two of the patties started to fall apart once they were flipped in the pan while browning. When I make these again, and I will, I am going to experiment with dry bread crumbs instead of soft, and use 2 eggs instead of 1 for the binder.

These are highly recommended if you are looking for a different taste. The warmed sour cream, perfect condiment to top these patties with, really adds a lot of flavor.
