{{ :2022-04-06_05.44.55_dscn3809_lee_thayer.jpg?400|}}I made this, just the fish, exactly as stated, on 6 Apr 2022, and the batter was nothing short of perfect. For the fish I used pangasius and cut each fillet in half crosswise. I used a deep fryer in place of the pan method and it worked perfectly. 

My family absolutely loved this fish and there was no leftovers. I have already been asked to prepare this again.

For the chips, I did not have fresh potatoes on hand so went with frozen chips and deep fried those as well.

This is highly recommended if you like battered fish.
