Ingredients
  

  • 1 recipe French Dressing (Base Recipe), Shortcut
  • ¼ cup lemon juice, for use in Base Recipe
  • 4 anchovy fillets, minced

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the base recipe, omitting the salt and use the lemon juice listed in place of the vinegar listed in the base recipe.
  • Add the minced anchovy fillets, cover, and shake to mix.
  • Store covered in the fridge until used.
  • Shake well before use, pour on your favorite salad, enjoy.

Variant: 1. Use 2 tablespoons of orange juice and 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice in place of just one type of juice.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice, or cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a screw top jar, a Mason jar would be perfect, cover tightly and shake vigorously to blend well.
  • Store covered in the fridge until used.
  • Shake well before use, pour on your favorite salad, enjoy.
