Ingredients
  

  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • ¾ teaspoon white pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together in a small bowl, store in an airtight container, use as a rub on salmon, tilapia, etc. prior to cooking.
