Yellow Rice I (Rice Cooker)

Yellow Rice I (Rice Cooker)

Adapted from an internet recipe.
Bright color and a taste of turmeric and a hint of cumin, I made this on 8 July 2017, big hit with the family. Quantities are based on my small rice cooker.

Great way to make the packaged yellow rice at home without all the fake ingredients! We like this with tacos.

Great way to change up on the rice variation. I like cumin so I was a little heavy handed on it. Great color from the turmeric and great flavor from the cumin.
