Pumpkin Pie Spice
A standard spice mix for pumpkin pies and bread.
Ingredients
To make 1 TEASPOON
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
To make ½ CUP
- 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon ground allspice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Store in an air-tight container and use as directed in recipes that call for pumpkin pie spice.
