Catalina Dressing

Ingredients
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried celery flakes
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, Shortcut
- 1 tablespoon mayo
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and grab a whisk. Whisk until the dressing comes together as a smooth sauce, the mayo is what does this for you.
- Use immediately or store covered in the fridge.
